Northwest Parkway was acquired by Brisa in 2007 and has a length of 13 km and two lanes in each direction. It is managed according to the industry’s highest standards.

It was one of the United States' first highways to use fully electronic tolls. Payment management is performed by Go Pass Mobility Services, who is also responsible for operation and repair services.
