The EVOA - Espaço de Visitação e Observação de Aves (Bird Observation and Visitation Space) first opened in 2012 and is the result of a partnership with Companhia das Lezírias, within the scope of the “Brisa for Biodiversity” program.

A unique natural heritage where you will find

EVOA space A total of 80 hectares, including 3 fresh water lagoons.

Species A refuge and nesting spot for over 120 thousand birds.

Observatory Observatories and hidden observation spots.

Interpretation Centre An Interpretation Centre built with bioclimatic architecture, it includes exhibits and awareness-building activities.
